The good things-Device yang diberikan untuk bekerja cukup untuk kebutuhan, serta device baru.
-Benefit tambahan untuk makanan harian.
The challenges-Kontrak untuk outsourcing yang kurang jelas. Awal durasi kontrak yang tertera 2 tahun, namun setelah 1 tahun, kontrak 2 tahun di batalkan, dilanjutkan jadi 6 bulan.
-Kenaikan gaji yang relatif kecil. Kenaikan yang diberikan sekitar 5 persen, melihat penempatan project yang besar namun kenaikan hanya terjadi sekali saja, bukan di setiap perpanjangan kontrak per 6 bulan.
-Slip gaji tidak diberikan tiap bulan, dan saat diperlukan email terlebih dahulu ke tim HR dan harus menyertakan alasan kenapa meminta slip gaji.
