    The good things1. Great leadership from management. 2. Positive working-mate and nice environment. 3. Working process is tidy, every single individual with their own task works as a whole team. 4. Parking lot for all kind of vehicle. 5. Gym for employee on the rooftop with pretty view. 6. Decent salary and benefit for health & overtime (if necessary). 7. Work-life balance! 8. Yearly bonuses! 9. Easy-access office (by the main road and near public transport).
    The challenges1. Some work requires to meet the Director directly, but we could consult to our supervisor or manager first to ask for their opinion on what to report. 2. Even though catching up with deadline sometimes pressuring, but it is still in normal state and doable (plus, there is no company without pressure-free, right?)

    The good thingsDari perusahaan yang baru merintis, saya belajar berproses dari nol. Dari sistem belum terbentuk hingga membentuk sistem yang efisien. Saya mendapat bimbingan dari advisor Jepang mengenai etos kerja dan sistem management mutu yang baik.
    The challengesKesulitan yang saya alami adalah atasan yang terkadang membatasi saya untuk mengekspolarasi skill. Membatasi kami membuat keputusan dan bertanggung jawab dengan keputusan kami sendiri karena dirasa masih belum bisa apa-apa. Personal tidak semua atasan seperti itu.
