    Founded in 1968, PT. Surya Pertiwi Tbk (SPTO) has been the sole agent in Indonesia of TOTO Japan, a leading Japanese manufacturer of bathroom products. TOTO is one of the largest bathroom products manufacturer in the world, established since 1917.In 1977, SPTO’s shareholders, together with TOTO Japan, established PT. Surya Toto Indonesia Tbk to manufacture and sell TOTO-brand products in Indonesia, under the license of TOTO Japan.Since 1978, SPTO became the exclusive sole distributor of TOTO products in Indonesia, and currently, SPTO commands a widespread distribution network to 14 major cities outside Greater Jakarta and Surabaya, across the whole Indonesia archipelago. Besides TOTO, SPTO also distributes other distinguished brands such as Villeroy & Boch, Stiebel Eltron, Geberit, Franke, Jacuzzi and Kaldewei.

    The good things1. Great leadership from management. 2. Positive working-mate and nice environment. 3. Working process is tidy, every single individual with their own task works as a whole team. 4. Parking lot for all kind of vehicle. 5. Gym for employee on the rooftop with pretty view. 6. Decent salary and benefit for health & overtime (if necessary). 7. Work-life balance! 8. Yearly bonuses! 9. Easy-access office (by the main road and near public transport).
    The challenges1. Some work requires to meet the Director directly, but we could consult to our supervisor or manager first to ask for their opinion on what to report. 2. Even though catching up with deadline sometimes pressuring, but it is still in normal state and doable (plus, there is no company without pressure-free, right?)

    The challengesKesulitan yang saya alami adalah atasan yang terkadang membatasi saya untuk mengekspolarasi skill. Membatasi kami membuat keputusan dan bertanggung jawab dengan keputusan kami sendiri karena dirasa masih belum bisa apa-apa. Personal tidak semua atasan seperti itu.
