Lingkungan kerja di level staff sangat mendukung dan kolaboratif. Namun, terdapat sejumlah tantangan seperti micromanagement, banyak rapat yang mengganggu operasional, beban kerja tinggi dengan deadline ketat, minimnya dukungan pimpinan, jam kerja tidak normal dengan lembur sering terjadi, dan tanggung jawab staf yang besar tanpa kepastian risiko dari atasan.
The good thingsLingkungan kerja sangat mendukung dan kolaboratif, hanya diatara staff dan tim operasional. Sebagai seorang FG bisa dipertimbangkan lagi untuk belajar memasuki dunia pekerjaan dari perusahaan ini.
The challengesTantangan yang dihadapi antara lain micromanagement, banyaknya meeting yang sering mengganggu proses operasional, dan keterlambatan dalam memenuhi deadline pekerjaan. Minimnya dukungan dari pimpinan juga menjadi kendala, beberapa tugas yang seharusnya ditangani manajemen justru dialihkan ke staf, sehingga staf harus mencari solusi sendiri dengan berkoordinasi ke departemen lain. Jam kerja yang tidak normal menambah tekanan, dengan lembur hampir setiap hari yang sulit atau bahkan tidak dapat diganti di hari lain, termasuk beberapa malam staf harus pulang lebih dari pukul 7 hanya untuk menghadiri rapat. Selain itu, ketika staf mengambil keputusan, atasan cenderung enggan menanggung risiko atas keputusan tersebut, meskipun koordinasi sudah dilakukan sebelumnya.

As a Management TraineeNot a good experience here, especially if you are placed in the Paper section instead of Cardboard. You have to come on time, but you can leave at 8pm without any overtime. But on the positive side, this company is suitable for people who really want to learn, not for seniors in the professional working world.
