    A decent place to work for starters in FMCG industry, but not a place where you want to be for experienced professionals..
    The good things- Decent pay & allowance and ok-ish facilities. - The work-life balance is also rather okay - Not so competitive peers (due to many have competency issue, etc.) However, because of poor coordination & lack of competency for the supporting teams, working here will be a challenge even if you are an FMCG veteran. The management likes to attract top talents from well-known FMCG companies, however the same 'top talents' that they attracted usually only stay for 1-2 years in the company (a retention issue that nobody wants to acknowledge/ treat as a priority to be fixed).
    The challengesDepartments work in silos & few give much thought about it (the leaders & top management are busier ensuring their survival in the company, rather than doing the right things). This is the most critical issue that I feel the most detrimental to the company itself, as it makes it very hard to be agile and execute the right strategy during tough times. Poor leadership further exacerbated the issue, as directions from top management / regional are lost in translation because of the high compartmentalization of each department's KPIs. Competency also remains an issue. Some leaders have lackluster competencies, promoted to their current position because of long service years / bad assessment processes during hiring. Many roles in the organization are redundant & inefficient, including roles not normally found in other FMCG companies. Performance assessment & promotion across departments is not balanced, as in some departments it's very easy to be promoted in 1-2 years but in other departments it is very hard to get it.

    The good thingsLingkungan bekerja yang sangat baik untuk tumbuh dan berkembang. Setiap pekerjaan yang diberikan sesuai dengan jobdesk yang telah disetujui di awal. Jam kerja yang sesuai dengan peraturan Kemnaker RI, hari libur mengikuti tanggalan pemerintah. Gaji sesuai dengan jobdesk yang diberikan, dan mengikuti kenaikan UMR oleh pemerintah. Jaminan kesehatan telah dicover oleh perusahaan baik dengan BPJS dan asuransi lainnya.
