    Jangan terlalu attach sama perusahaan, setahun/2 tahun aja. FYI disini tahan Ijazah & No Asuransi.

    The challengesManajemen yang kolot, saling salah menyalahkan, budaya "gua gamau tau yang penting lu urus dah" , komunikasi ga solutif, ERP di cabang & pusat ga ada yang bener (tiap hari nge lag lah, freeze lah,) Bersyukur aja yang kerja di pusat. Kalo yang udh pernah ke cabang/gudang/depo mesti ngerti yang saya ketik diatas.

    The challenges-Tambah kerjaan terus dan proyek, apalagi kalau ada yang resign -Harus perfeksionis dan sesuai yg atasan mau, kalau tidak udahlah ytta -Minta tolong bantu gampang, tapi kalau ada masalah seakan kaya orang yg kerjanya ga pernah bener diomelinnya -Kerjaan bekas orang resign, urgent semua ga dikerjain sama yang bersangkutan sebelumnya, tapi giliran urgent yg kena marah malah saya padahal baru pegang kerjaan 2 minggu, lucu sekali (iya sakit hatinya di sini) -User pabriknya tidak pintar, harus banyak pake banget sabarnya
