PT. Sumber Bakat Insani (”SBI”) was established in August 1996 and recognized as the biggest and most comprehensive seafarer manning company in Indonesia with an annual deployment of more than 6,000 crew members.SBI managed by professional and experienced team providing a one-stop solution services to our Principals from crew recruitment, document processing (including visa application), training, medical examination, and providing crew uniforms as required by the Principals as well as arranging airline tickets and all other pre-departure preparations.We have been granted by the US Embassy to use their RDS software for online DS-156 visa application procedures. We are an ISO 9001:2008 and Maritime Labour Convention 2006 certified company. Our head office is located in Jakarta with a branch office in Bali.

Good people, place & activities.

The good things- We can get opportunities to work with expatriate, foreigners. - We also have privilege to visit the ships that anchored or docked to ports in Indonesia. - It would be a happy thing if we hear the success and interesting experiences from the ships crews - Company team with great cooperation that can backup each other

The challengesThe sudden change from principal with quite a large crew and fulfilling visas and departure tickets which is quite difficult
