Saya memiliki pengalaman lebih dari 11 tahun di bidang Business Development, khususnya dalam pengembangan bisnis di industri teknologi. Selama perjalanan karier saya, saya mengalami transformasi signifikan—dari peran sebagai individual contributor, hingga dipercaya memimpin tim yang terdiri dari lebih dari 10 orang. Fokus kami adalah menjual produk teknologi kepada segmen UMKM, sekaligus menjalin kemitraan strategis dengan institusi dan pihak ketiga untuk mendukung proses akuisisi prospek (lead generation) secara lebih efektif. Sebagai bagian dari pengembangan jaringan distribusi, saya juga mengambil inisiatif membuka cabang operasional di tiga kota di luar Jakarta, yakni Bandung, Surabaya, dan Yogyakarta. Setelah berjalan selama dua tahun, kami mengevaluasi performa masing-masing wilayah dan memutuskan untuk menutup cabang Yogyakarta karena belum mencapai target yang diharapkan, utamanya akibat rendahnya daya beli terhadap produk teknologi. Namun, operasional di Bandung dan Surabaya tetap berjalan dengan baik selama kurang lebih empat tahun. Setelahnya, saya dipercaya untuk berpindah ke divisi baru guna menangani lini produk berskala enterprise. Dalam kurun waktu 1,5 tahun, saya berhasil menghasilkan revenue sebesar Rp3 miliar dari lini produk tersebut. Selanjutnya, pada tahun 2020, perusahaan melakukan akuisisi terhadap sebuah perusahaan teknologi, dan saya bergabung ke dalam divisi baru hasil akuisisi tersebut. Di sana, saya kembali memulai dari peran individual contributor dan secara bertahap membangun serta memimpin tim baru. Pada bulan September 2024, saya terkena dampak kebijakan efisiensi perusahaan. Saya diberi pilihan untuk tetap tinggal dengan berpindah divisi atau mengikuti program PHK yang ditawarkan. Saya memilih opsi terakhir, karena merasa sudah saatnya membuka peluang baru dan memperluas pengalaman saya di luar lingkungan perusahaan saat itu
