PT. Sulfindo Adiusaha was established in 1987 as PT. Indochlor Prakarsa Industries producing Caustic soda and Ethylene Dichloride. In 1995, SULFINDO expanded two subsidiaries of PT. Satomo Indovyl Monomer producing Vinyl Chloride Monomer and PT. Satomo Indovyl Polymer producing Poly Vinyl Chloride. Toward the global market tight competition & improve production chain efficiency among the plants, in April 2005, all three companies were merged into a full integrated Chlor-Alkali and Vinyl-Chloride producers with “SULFINDO” as a main surviving company. SULFINDO has been proven with achievement of QMS ISO 9001:2015, EMS ISO 14001:2015, HSMS ISO 45001:2018, ISPS CODE, SNI, HALAL, SMK3 & PROPER

Production Capacity 
Sulfindo has annual production capacity of 337,000 DMT of Caustic Soda; 400,000 MT of EDC; 120,000 MT of VCM; and 110,000 MT of PVC which possible future capacity expansion.The plants are also supported by a large capacity of 55,000 DWT private jetty for handling incoming raw materials and outgoing cargoes.
