    The challengesLingkungan kerja untuk pertemanan oke, tapi kalo urusan pekerjaan harus hati-hati. Bahkan manager yang seharusnya bisa mendengarkan semua bawahannya, tapi hanya mendengarkan orang yang bisa bermuka dua, malah bisa jadi fitnah dan merugikan sesama bawahan especially who stay at branch office.
