Stella Mundi is the best place for children to learn based on their nature.
The good thingsI do enjoy working in a team with the children, teachers, parents, and management. All parties are communicative and cooperative. The children have more time to enjoy their childhood and freedom to express their potentials. The teachers have opportunities for self-development. The parents and the management are supportive as well.
The challengesI am still working on more detailed report writing for each child's progress and adjusting my responsibility with my working hours more efficiently. I do hope in the future there will be more specific parking lot for the teachers and staff.
