    Terrible working environment
    The good thingsStarbucks accepts students with no experience and inflexible working hours. They adjust your working schedule according to your college/class schedule. They are also generous with salary and incentives. The job here is not complicated once you get the hang of it.
    The challengesStarbucks is a renown international company. It's not just any coffeeshop, it's Starbucks. The traffic will always be high. During my first week working here (I have no previous working experience), I was expected to compete with my seniors and perform as good as they could. This of course was a ridiculous demand. There are also a lot of SOPs, even through my months of training, I still make mistakes. During closing hours, there are many items to be cleaned, thus would take a lot of time. Before closing hours, there is a so-called "Pre-closing" in which we utilize to prepare for closing. Despite over than 3 hours of Pre-closing and over than 2 hours of closing, I still don't get off work in time.

    The good thingsPerusahaan yg menjunjung tinggi nilai ke ma nusiaan, ikut serta terhadap dampak lingkungan, footprint, handprint, help local community, support local community, menyediakan toko yg pekerjanya adalah tunarungu, penyedia kopi arabika yg benar benar berdampak terhadap petani dan banyak hal baik lain yg bahkan tidak terketik dan hanya terfikir.
    The challengestidak ada hal sulit, karna semua yang kita sukai akan menjadi mudah. terlebih starbucks sangat mendukung personal hingga community. namun disini lebih ke kita yg punya hobi atau interesting terhadap kopi ini adalah wadah yg sangat tepat di tambah starbucks lunya resources yang cukup lengkap dari seluruh penjuru dunia yg kita juga bisa sharing dengan barista dari belahan bumi manapun.

    The good thingsAdanya aktifitas coffee testing untuk sharing knowledge tentang coffee, untuk dari segi learning and development cukup bagus, dan work culture juga sangat baik, formasi offday 5:2 dibandingkan coffeeshop lain yg hanya offday sekali seminggu.

Dituntut untuk multitasking dan time manajemen sangat krusial disini. harus mempunyai jiwa service yang baik untuk menghadapi beberapa customer yang tidak puas dan melakukan complain.
