    Good for make a network, poor for benefits and career path.
    The good thingsThe environment is so fresh (maybe its caused by too many young people in here), we can wear jeans/casual clothes (you don't have to always using business clothes), and it is still compromise with working hours (you dont have to come at 8 am, b'cause others usually come when it was 9 or 10 am).
    The challengesThis company needs fast-working type (off course for entertain field), humble person (it was so challenging because I should have to quickly make a good vibes with people around me).
