    The good thingsPekerjan sangat didukung dengan peralatan yang canggih dan fasilitas kantor yang lengkap dan artistik. Hal ini membuat semangat untuk bekerja dan "betah" di kantor. Selain itu juga kekeluargaan yang sangat erat antar pegawai maupun divisi.
    The challengesTerlalu berada di zona nyaman emang di sini emang gak bagus. Karir bisa terhambat karena kesulitan untuk naik jabatan. Boro-boro, untuk naik gaji pun rasanya sulit, stuck hanya di nominal segitu dalam beberapa tahun. Selain itu, pergantian HRD beberapa kali juga turut mengubah beberapa kebijakan yang merugikan karyawan. Belum lagi kondisi finansial yang memaksa perusahaan menjual berbagai asetnya turut mempengaruhi kinerja.
