    Solid engineering company for FG, but compensation is significantly below market standards.
    The good thingsGood place to start your career as a Junior Engineer. You will learn a lot about Engineering Design, P&ID, datasheets, and project deliverables. The environment is generally supportive for learning technical skills and understanding EPC/Consulting business flow. Good for building your initial portfolio.
    The challengesThe biggest issue is the salary structure. The base pay is quite low compared to other engineering companies in the Energy sector, and the annual increment is minimal (barely covers inflation). Career progression for contract staff is slow. Not recommended for long-term financial growth unless there is a major policy change.
