    Good if you want to be a consultant, terrible if you want to be a salesperson
    The good thingsNot many good things, just private insurance, they are very stingy with the commission and the bosses only care about looking good. Target very high, salary very low because of splitting 30% so you only received 70% salary, and commission is also very low, I recommend the other SAP Partners
    The challengesTerrible pay, takes a long time to received commission, to take out a proposal also takes very long, customers complain a lot but support team throws it out if there is not contract with the customer, overall do not recommend moving to this company, better stay with other SAP Partners

    The good thingsRekan kerja, atasan, lingkungan, cara kerja, work life balance, kesempatan mengambil sertifikasi, gaji dan benefit diluar gaji sangatlah baik. Benar - benar tempat yg baik kalau kamu punya keinginan untuk meningkatkan skill dan profesionalitas.
    The challengesSejauh ini kesulitan hanya berasal dari eksternal perusahaan (Client) karena menghadapi client yg berbeda - beda. Maka harus memiliki strategi berbeda pula untuk bisa mengerti dan memahami maksud dan tujuan client.
