The good thingsSurrounding by a nice people in my team while having the bad boss.
The challengesThe odd policy, the salary isnt competitive, the odd QPI, not having a worklife balance, many many and much of fake people. If everything is done perfectly with wfh, then why does they demand us to go wfo? Its time consuming, draining energy and turned off the mood.
