The challengesAuthority-style environment. I found people on the higher management are very strict and doesn't suit my style of working, I had to leave the company due to the pressure, it was not okay to work under that kind of environment. I don't feel my career is growing, not to mention the low salary. Not worth the pressure my supervisor gave me during my tenure.
