    The good thingsI have met many people here who treated me as a family. The supervisors really invest in your development. Despite the salary being average, based on my experience, you would be happy to work here. You are given a lot of chances. I wish the pandemic had not parted us.
    The challengesThere are people who are senior. Hence, the adaptability to digital evolution is pretty slow.

    The challengesDalam situasi Pandemi seperti ini tidak ada solusi yang baik bagi karyawan dan perusahaan. Menurut saya hanya menguntungkan perusahaan saja dan tidak ada timbal bailk kepada karywan nya ( maksudnya perusahaan cepat mengambil keputusan untuk melakukan pengurangan gaji dan karyawan ), tanpa adanya toleransi.

    The good thingsBekerja sebagai hotel tour consultant sangat mudah dan menyenangkan. You just have to being polite and nice to the guest, arrange the tour or activities as they like, communicate with them about their experiences in this island. it really an enjoyable work. You'll see a anew faces everyday listening to their kind of compliment and sometimes complaint. But, of course you'll enjoy this kind of work.
    The challengesHonestly, there's nothing difficult task to do in this job. the salary is the only matter. The commission based on pax not percentage as any other travel company. Meanwhile, our work not just in one place. And sometimes you'll be asked to work over your time/shift.
