    The good thingsTeman-teman yang nyaman dan ramah. Terdapat ilmu untuk membuat suatu mesin Special Purpose Machine yang bisa dipelajari. Hanya posisi Marketing Support yang nyaman, sebab kesejahteraan di prioritaskan (maklum General Manager Fabrication nya juga merangkap sebagai Section Head Marketing Support). Family gathering dan bingkisan THR nya mantap.
    The challengesMantap untuk menjadi Bang Toyib. Ketiadaan training bermutu yang dilaksanakan oleh Lembaga yang berkompeten. Secara finance, terdapat suatu budaya dimana karyawan harus lembur jika ingin mendapat gaji bersifat average. Ketiadaan jenjang karir yang bagus. Tingkat stress tidak diimbangi dengan kompensasi (kecuali posisi Marketing Support).
