    Good company, but....
    The good thingsPerusahaan memberikan benefit yang baik, hak yang baik untuk karyawannya. Lingkungan kerja juga menyenangkan, dengan rekan-rekan kerja yang relative usia milenials.
    The challengesTidak ada worklife balance, harus selalu on maupun weekend atau weekday diatas jam 9 malam. Bisnis plan yang tidak jelas, menyebabkan kebingungan dalam pendelegasian tugas. Tidak ada jenjang karir atau benefit seperti pendidikan/pelatihan.
