    The challengesThe difficulty is the work system that has not been formed in the Mixing and Production Department, for me like there is a mafia in mixing and in production. They confronted to do some things I did not think was appropriate procedure. Some conservative-minded people can not accept new system or method renewal. The first word is \"from the first as well\". As it is so difficult for them to turn first into now. In addition to other cases such as color approve, done only with eyes and lights. Though interpretation and perception of color is very subjective between one person with others. Therefore, to interpretation and perceive the color required a standard.
