    Workplace to gained a lot experience
    The good thingsGreat working environment before changed management, must be person who is responsive almost 24 hours, self driven, manage a lot of tasks in here, and multitasking. Must be reliable person in every condition.
    The challengesHigh turnover rate of employees, have to do the manager's job, micromanagement, lack of trust, full issues, work with a lot incompetent people, the company's business conditions are not fine, company not focus with the condition of business.

    Not Profesional and conduct environment
    The good thingsI don't think that they have already make good business process but I do know that they highly concern about employee safety while on the go to visit site.
    The challengesthe BOD is expatriates who doesn't know about how health regulation in Indonesia or experience in hospitals and they seems don't know or ignorant about it. They just Business oriented because they have already made big investment to make it work.

    The good thingsPengalaman selama saya berkerja di kantor ini sangat nyaman dan kekeluargaan. saya seperti mempunyai rumah kedua. tidak ada batas antara satu departemen dan departemen lainnya. diperusahaan ini juga saya mendapatkan banyak pengalaman baru dan bisa mengunjungi banyak tempat baru.

    The good thingsGood team especially for the local people, the finance and hr very supportive and communicative just like family although the finances are complicated with the rules and the hr very limited for employee activities maybe due to the budget given and the policies from their boss. Free flow of coffee and semi-flexible working hour, in a green complex building.
    The challengesEnglish is a must Need to be independent because the super superior don't give much support which also impact to your superior that confuse with the situation. Must be ready to be responsible for anything even it's not your scope of work

    dengan posisi admin stock keeper pada saat itu sangat lah berat bagi saya, dibutuhkan ketelitian yang tinggi untuk membuat validasi data stock.
    The good thingssuasana kekeluargaan nya cukup baik, biarpun beberapa teman teman masih kaku untuk bersosialisasi.
    The challengesmembuat validasi data stock sangat lah sulit karena semua data dari 5 site di seluaruh indonesia harus saya koreksi ulang dan revisi kembali.
