    Sekolah berbasis karakter
    The good thingshal positif adalah dimana kami setiap guru diberi banyak pelatihan yang menambah ilmu, dan kita sebagai guru selalu memberi menekankan pada bahwa Tuhan menciptakan anak sempurna, apapun kekurangan sang anak entah secara fisik ataupun kemampuan intelegensi tidak boleh ada perbedaan dalam memberikan perhatian, hal ini menjadi bekal untuk saya terapkan ketika terpaksa harus pindah ke tempat lain.
    The challengesHal yang sulit untuk dilakukan adalah mengenal anak lebih dalam untuk mencari cara pengajaran yang tepat, karena masa pandemik ini pengajaran hanya secara virtual sehingga terasa ada jarak untuk pendekatan secara emosional.

    The good thingsThe coworkers and environment are healthy and supportive. Not afraid of getting backstab or politic. Leaders are very understanding of your situation. They will see you individually and care for you. They listen and support you. But, it doesn't mean you could take advantage of its positive things, cause they'll know when you do that. Just do the works professionally but above all else, God's love still endulge you
    The challengesSince they are very tolerate, some staff are trying to take advantages such as try to take holiday using lame excuses hope the leaders would take pity and just allow them to take "holiday" but unfortunately it doesn't work. The leaders also sometimes listen to the parents instead of listening from both sides point of views first. Some parents might think that since they know the leaders, they thought they have upper hands

    The good thingsKeseimbangan antara beban pekerjaan dan kehidupan personal sangat baik. Pemimpin yang sangat mengerti dan peduli kebutuhan karyawannya. Lingkungan pekerjaan yang sangat kondusif. KEsempatan untuk menambah pengalaman dan mengeksplor potensi sangat besar.

    The good thingsMenjadi seorang pendidik adalah tentang bagaimana kamu terlebih dahulu mau dididik. Lewat Tunas Bangsa saya belajar karakter yang benar di dalam Tuhan dan mengaplikasikannya ketika saya ada di dalam kelas. Saling mengingatkan hal benar antar guru juga bukan perkara yang mudah, hati nurani kita dituntut untuk selalu memperkatakan hal benar yang sesuai dengan firman Tuhan. Say bangga pernah menjadi bagian dari Tunas Bangsa
    The challengesHal yang perlu perhatian khusus adalah kemampuan guru bekerja di bawah tekanan, baik dari pimpinan ataupun dari orangtua. Kemampuan managemen waktu menjadi hal yang sangat penting, seorang guru di Tunas Bangsa diharpkan dapat bekerja multitasking dan tentu saja harus "kerja pintar" .

    The good thingsYou will enjoy to work here.... the teachers and the students are quietly warm to you. They have good character that you would not found in another school nor company yet. You will learn how to work in a team and how to respect to another in a time. I love to work here, but I need another job to get higher income now.
    The challengesYou should do your best for your students here. In this school, you will face so many kind of people character and desire. The pressure when you choosen to be a decision maker or a team leader of a programme will make you though and smarter than you ever felt before

    The good thingsDisini kita bekerja untuk melayani Tuhan, dan murid adalah mata panahnnya, kita sebagai pengarah tetapi tidak akan bisa sampai ke tempat Tujuan tanpa anak panah tersebut,.
