Kalau penilaian kinerja pegawai masih kurang objektif better skip, not good for mental & masa depan.

The good thingsRekan kerja mostly helpful, pengalaman kerja bermakna, skill baru membuat modul dalam waktu kurang dari satu bulan

The challengesMengintervensi saat mengajar (di salah satu site), dan memberikan penilaian kinerja yang buruk tanpa melibatkan pihak ketiga sehingga penilaian kurang objektif. Penilaian kinerja guru kurang objektif tanpa didasari asesmen yang akurat, ketika diminta asesment tersebut tidak ada bukti apapun, ini rawan terjadi kecurangan like and dislike dengan gaji yang kecil. Mohon untuk penilaian guru diperbaiki dan dibuat seobjektif mungkin tanpa intervensi pihak yang tidak berhak hanya karena sudah lama di site.

selling education, overworked, underpaid, awful management, doesn't know how to plan.

The good thingsrekan kerja satu divisi yang cukup open dengan pertanyaan dan cukup bersedia untuk membantu.

The challenges1. perubahan yang tidak masuk akal based on half-baked ideas. tanpa briefing, tanpa info, tiba-tiba ada event/program yang harus dijalankan. jika lembur atau kerja/acara hari Sabtu, tidak dibayar. diganti dengan bisa early leave, namun kadang tidak bisa juga karena ada jadwal mengajar. tiba-tiba dimention atau ditunjuk sebagai PIC suatu event, lagi-lagi tanpa briefing. semua serba mendadak dan tidak terplanning dengan baik. 2. HR yang buruk. tidak perlu kaget kalau anda mendaftar A dan ketika offering sebagai B. info mid rekrutmen yang berbeda2, kalau bingung suka dilempar dari HR ke HR lain. no transparansi soal gaji. 3. sebagai teachers, terlalu banyak administrasi yg harus dikerjakan & tidak jelas. tidak ada buku, jadi guru=kurikulum. esp. special needs teachers, you'll be doing LOTS. mencantumkan inklusi tapi sangat jelas belum ready untuk inklusi nor they know how to run it, so it becomes the teachers' responsibilities to take care of it as best as they can.

Lumayan banyak ilmu tp juga cukup sakit hati dr manajemen. Mulai dari gaji kecil namun kerjaan banyak, pemberian keputusan yang tidak jelas sampai dengan sistem yg selalu berubah.

The good thingsJika kamu sudah menikah dan memiliki anak mungkin Cikal sangat baik untuk ilmu parenting values. Cikal sangat banyak memberi manfaat melalui workshop about "positive discipline".

The challengesUsia Cikal yang sudah seperempat abad rasanya sayang sekali baru di tahun ini pembangunan fasilitas mulai dilakukan. Ide dan prinsip pedagogi selalu berusaha di update oleh founder tp gak banyak yang bisa paham itu.
