The good thingsManajemen karyawan sangat baik, sering diadakan training untuk upgrade soft skill, lingkungan nyaman dan fasilitas yang cukup lengkap. Di sini pasti didukung untuk bisa mendapat jenjang karir meski memulai dari level staff. Ada standar KPI yang bisa memacu kinerja karyawan. Tiap unit usaha mungkin berbeda, tetapi di beberapa unit yang sudah saya tempati, teamnya sangat solid, begitu juga dengan para atasan yang support penuh.

Semua tergantung individu masing-masing apa yang mau di achieve. Di sini alur kerja cepat jadi dituntut untuk cepat paham dan beradaptasi. Untuk yang berhubungan dengan operasional akan lumayan sering lembur atau masuk di hari libur (ada kompensasi yang sesuai)
