    The challengesIntervensi dari departemen lain sangat lumrah dan birokrasi sangat mudah sebetulnya, hanya sering dipersulit. Terlalu banyak intervensi yang bukan bagian dari job desc. Gap antara outlet dan office terlalu jauh dan outlet terkesan dianaktirikan. Turn over karyawan sangat tinggi terutama di outlet dengan sales rendah. Konspirasi pun hal yg lumrah. Saya Sangat tidak merekomendasikan utk bekerja di sini.

    The challengesSolusi yang baik dari setiap masalah, bukan 'siapa yg salah', perbaikan dari salary, pembebanan wastages dan lain2 ke gaji karyawan itu sdh tdk manusiawi karena wastages dll at least sdh di cover dr budget lost&breakages. Membuat HO lbh produktif sehingga bs menjadi income aktif dan bisa men support sendiri dibanding di cover dr outlet.
