    Good company with awful management and leadership style, you have been warned!!
    The good things1. Detail-oriented Boss, deep knowledge and understanding on the products 2. Good company benefit, healthcare, operational expenses budget, and facilities 3. Company pride boasts their product quality to be far superior than their competitors worldwide
    The challenges1. Toxic working environment 2. Termination threats on daily basis 3. Being treated like trash for most of the time 4. Manipulative Boss, capable of twisting the actual truth by blaming anyone upon any issues 5. Dictatorship style of "leadership", the Boss is the one and only voice that should be heard and obeyed. 6. No safe place for the "trashes". Normally, HR is the only place to go to get moral support in any toxic working environment, but not here. The HR here is totally partial towards the Boss, to secure her own place. 7. No career progression. Words of advice: please don't be either intrigued or tempted to aim for career progression here. The Boss is obviously doing his tricks to keep his own seat safe until his retirement. Thus, no one will ever replace him before then.

    The challengesSometimes they fake the OEE result that will affect look good on report but vice Versa from the reality and make tougher target from germany headquarter. Dynamic sales order that make you think harder to make it happened. Many thing should be corrected (technical and system) due to unstandard, bad knowledge and bad maintenance but with a limited resources. managerial level do administration jobdesk.
