    In the Molding process is a lot what we have to learn from the process, tonnage , temperature / material used
    The good thingsThere are many methods to get a result. , to know first what the machine specification , like Machine screw diameter, clamping force , tie bar and etc. all of these greatly affect the quality of all product.
    The challenges1) too many machines and molds that are no longer fit for use. Should have needed replacement with a new one ) poor of cooperation with each of department. A primitive mindset, will definitely have a negative impact on achieving company target.
