Saya bekerja sebagai Kasie di Kantor Besar yang secara umum menghandle semua kegiatan operasi administrasi

The good thingsBekerja dengan rule dan aturan yang jelas,setiap departement telah ada untuk menghandle masing masing bidang. Job desk dan Job deskription masing masing personil juga sudah jelas dan tegas. Sebagai Kasie kebun misalnya, tugas dan tanggungjawab sudah diberikan sesuai porsinya.

The challengesKomunikasi dengan keluarga karena keterbatasan jaringan di lokasi kerja jauh di pelosok daerah, akses jalan juga belum layak dan sering kendala saat akan keluar kebun. Kondisi jaringan untuk mendukung operasional kerja juga masih minim.
