There appears to be a lack of coordination between teams, with the After Sales/Customer Resolution team often bridging the gap between divisions. The customer data archiving system needs improvement, making it time-consuming to retrieve information. Additionally, there is a lack of collective information sharing regarding production processes, making it difficult for the After Sales/Customer Resolution team to obtain up-to-date information.
