    Beban kerja dan tekanan kerja tinggi, tapi banyak ilmu yang didapatkan.
    The good thingsBanyak pengalaman dan ilmu yang didapatkan. Tim kerja yang solid dan saling membantu.
    The challengesTekanan kerja tinggi, beban kerja tinggi karena sering adanya rangkap jobdesc diluar jobdesc kita. Banyak kasus staff "dikabidkan" untuk menghilangkan extra lembur, karena lembur tidak dibayar untuk level kabid keatas. Managemen kurang memperhatikan kesejahteraan karyawannya.

    The challengesToo many leaders, you will be confused, who will lead you. They will ask you anything, beyond your job description. Because they don't have the right job description. Career opportunities are very less.

    The good things1) Provide opportunities to obtain high positions in accordance with the capacity of workers. 2) Get a hefty bonus every month.
    The challenges1) The company doesn't provide detailed and in-depth training, so you have to be prepared to work extra hard. 2) please be careful if you deal with "cost control"

    pengolahan limbahnya kurang bagus
    The good thingspengolahan limbahnya kurang diperhatikan, kadang berbau tidak sedap dan berwarna keruh. sering terlihat sampai aliran di luar area pabrik. manajamen yang tebang pilih, ada semacam anak tiri dan anak emas dalam pemiihan jabatan. like and dislike nya sangat terasa.

    The challenges1. Tidak ada job desc dan tanggung jawab yg jelas karena rekrutmen tidak didasarkan pd kebutuhan manpower 2. Turn over ratio sangat tinggi, penalti 10jt jika resign di bulan pertama setelah kontrak 3. Jenjang karir hampir tidak ada/sulit 4. Gaji yang dilaporkan hanya sebagian, lainnya dibayarkan cash disebut premi, trik agar perusahaan hemat (pelit) bayar iuran BPJS Kesehatan dan Ketenagakerjaan 5. Employee Development tidak ada 6.
