    Beban kerja dan tekanan kerja tinggi, tapi banyak ilmu yang didapatkan.
    The good thingsBanyak pengalaman dan ilmu yang didapatkan. Tim kerja yang solid dan saling membantu.
    The challengesTekanan kerja tinggi, beban kerja tinggi karena sering adanya rangkap jobdesc diluar jobdesc kita. Banyak kasus staff "dikabidkan" untuk menghilangkan extra lembur, karena lembur tidak dibayar untuk level kabid keatas. Managemen kurang memperhatikan kesejahteraan karyawannya.

    The good things1) Provide opportunities to obtain high positions in accordance with the capacity of workers. 2) Get a hefty bonus every month.
    The challenges1) The company doesn't provide detailed and in-depth training, so you have to be prepared to work extra hard. 2) please be careful if you deal with "cost control"

    The challenges1. They claimed they are always recruiting - because of the high turnover rate. 2. No exact job desc, the recruitment not based on the talent expertise. 3. Oldschool company culture: the seniors can't handle and blend with the youth (kinda not welcome). Everything is still manual although the company has provided digital system. 4.
