    Manajemen perusahaan yang kurang baik
    The good thingsManajemen perusahaan kurang baik, kecenderungan expatriate lebih dominan daripada leader lokal. Manajemen selalu lambat dalam mengambil keputusan. Status karyawan kurang diperhatikan karena manajemene selau bergonta-ganti policy/aturan. Gaji dan benefit cukup diatas rata-rata.
