    Suasana dan budaya kerja
    The good thingsTidak ada perbedaan perlakuan antara karyawan level bawah dengan manajemen dalam hal jamuan makan. Sangat memperhatikan kondisi kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja. Suasana kerja santai dan familier tapi serius dalam mencapai target. Semua karyawan mendapatkan kesempatan yang sama dala meraih jenjang karier/ jabatan yang lebih tinggi. Cukup disiplin.
    The challengesKeterbatasan penggunaan internet sebagai sarana informasi bagi karyawan level bawah Libur 1(satu) hari dalam seminggu,kerja 7 jam dalam sehari.Sehingga sulit mengatur waktu week end bersama keluarga.
