    The good thingsSibuknya di Departemen Marketing ini musiman sih. Pas mau cetak buku, distribusi, sama tutup buku. Astagaa wkwk lucu pokoknya. Ga bisa emosi karna sistem perusahaan sendiri 'kekeluargaan' banget. Sampai ngerasa, "kaya bukan di kantor buat kerja." Karna atmosfirnya tuh bener-bener kekeluargaan. Seru sih pengalaman magang di sini. Dan kalo udh jadi pegawai tetap di sini, ga bakal kena PHK kecuali kalo terlibat/membuat kesalahan yg sangat fatal. Jadi, beruntunglah kalian kalo sampai di terima di Tiga Serangkai :)

    The good things• the staffs are kind and nice • 5 days of work • the annual bonus • gym tools • religious study every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday morning (for moslem)
    The challenges• the early year overtime (usually start from January until March) • the overtime during assessment book registration held by the government
