    The good thingsMemiliki waktu yang sangat feskible, dan perkomisian yang bagus. Bos yang tidak terlalu memonitor pekerjaan sehari-hari, namun sangat menuntut untuk ketercapaian target penghasilan bulanan. penentuan target berdasarkan 1 Juta gaji, maka target 10 Juta Penjualan. memiliki teman-teman yang sangat kompak, dan teknikal yang bagus kerjanya.
    The challengesTidak mendapatkan komisi jika menjual < dari 5 pail, dan delivery sering sekali dibawa oleh sales sendiri, contoh jika pembelian 2 pail sering sekali saya membawa sendiri menggunakan sepeda motor. masalah delivery sangat buruk sistemnya bagi saya, belum lagi saya habiskan waktu untuk arrange schedule visit akan kepakai untuk pengiriman.
