Dan kalo menurut deskirpsi saya pribadi IE (INDUSTRIAL ENG I NEERING) yaitu seorang pengawas produksi,karena IE lah orang yang selalu bertanya dan mencari tahu kenapa suatu target produksi tidak tercapai.IE adalah Orang yang selalu mencari masalah dalam artiain masalah yang membuat suatu target tidak tercapai.IE adalah orang yang bekerja di balik layar produksi sebelum produksi itu berjalan secara massal.IE adalah orang yang menyiapkan segala sesuatu yang di butuhkan produks. IE khusunya ada di suatu perushaan yang bergerak di bidang garment. Gak gampang lhoo pengen jadi IE jadi syukuri buat kalian yang sekarang jadi IE
The challengesKesuliatan saya selama menjadi admin IE antara Lain :
1. Harus tahu macam - macam mesin dan fungsinya dan kita ditungtut tahu juga mesin apa aja yang ada di line kita
2. Harus tahu kapaitas per operator. Jadi kalo misalkan di lline kita ada 120 opertaor nah..,kita harus tahu dulu kapaitas dan proses apa aja yang bisa dilakuin sama setiap operator tersebut (itu gak cukup makan waktu satu hari atau satu bulan).
