    The good thingsSeluruh tahap pekerjaan sudah ada SOP dan Visi , Misi Perusahaan sudah ada berserta seluruh jajaran nya Setelah Proses Bisnis dibuat secara benar, langkah selanjutnya yaitu meninjau ulang struktur organisasi yang ada. Hal ini sangat penting karena struktur organisasi merupakan hal yang berkesinambungan dengan Proses Bisnis. Struktur organisasi yang ideal adalah struktur organisasi yang dibuat berdasarkan proses bisnis yang ada, bukan struktur organisasi yang dibuat sekehendak hati atau asal-asalan. Struktur organisasi wajib disusun ulang sesuai dengan proses bisnis supaya ada kejelasan bagian atau fungsi, kewenangan, tugas dan tanggung jawab sehingga pelaksanaan pekerjaan tidak tumpang tindih serta segala bentuk aktivitas akan mudah dikontrol dan dikendalikan. Struktur organisasi sangat menentukan suksesnya implementasi sebuah sistem. Salah satu contohnya adalah sistem SOP. Sebab SOP yang baik adalah SOP yang dibuat berdasarkan struktur organisasi yang sudah final, dan dengan adanya struktur organisasi yang baik, maka fungsi wewenang dan tanggung jawab di masing-masing proses dan bagian itu jelas bentuknya
    The challengesMeninjau ulang komitmen pimpinan perusahaan sangatlah penting. Karena sebagus apa pun sistem yang dibuat, tanpa ada komitmen yang baik dari manajemen, maka semuanya akan sia-sia. Hal ini diperlukan karena segala sesuatu bersumber dari komitmen pimpinan dalam menjalankan roda perusahaan. Kenyamanan para karyawan, sistem, sarana prasarana dan lain-lain merupakan bentuk aktualisasi dari komitmen pimpinan perusahaan. Segalanya tidak dapat optimal apabila tidak disertai dan didukung komitmen yang baik dan kuat dari pimpinan atau manajemen. Oleh karena itu, komitmen pimpinan sangat penting dalam membawa perusahaan ke arah yang progresif. Diperlukan peninjauan karena hal ini akan mempengaruhi baik dalam sistem manajemen maupun yang lainnya, dalam penerapannya yang mana berpengaruh pada sumber daya yang dimiliki
