The challengesHal sulit yg saya rasa disana untung jenjang karir nya sangat sulit karena untuk mengisi kekosongan posisi yang lebih atas dari operator itu biasanya rekrut karyawan baru yang berpendidikan tinggi sedangkan karyawan yang sudah berpengalamanpun susah untuk mendapat posisi lebih atas
