    The good thingsSantai kerjanya . Sibuk dlm waktu waktu tertentu saja. CEO super baik sering memberi bonus. Sejahtera karyawannya.
    The challengesSudah kerja lama tapi untuk cuti sangat di persulit . kecuali cuti menikah. Harus kerja kerja kerja. work life tidak ballance . Apalagi di cabang yg kecil utk istirahat makan pun susah. 10 tahun bekerja hanya mentok disitu aja kalo tidak Deket sama atasan alias tidak caper.
