in my last experience as Cust.Service, my duties is handle their complain, help them, handle out going or in going telphone calls, give them symphaty and emphaty.The good thingsi am very glad and enjoyed working at my ex employer. they give the employees so much rewards for who worked in handle customer nicely, kindly, or simphaty-empathy, and also for someone who will get an achievement of KPI a year. then, my ex employer taking the employees so much fun too with Gathering in Bogor City or else in end of a year.
The challengesBecause its not office hours ,and the day off is random, so i can not work and study together. and then i choose to resign and finish my Diploma. its very sad because i have been working during 2 years 8 months but the employer did'nt give me a chance to work and study together to get my title.
