In 2012, seven employees were selected from the company's approximate workforce of 500 to take part in an eight-day study tour in Japan on the subjects of pursuing cost reductions through improvements in quality and productivity and improving customer satisfaction. They toured the TOYOTA Commemorative Museum of Industry and Technology, one of the Toyota Motor Corporation's plants in Toyota City, and the Sumitomo Forestry Crest Co., Ltd.'s Kashima Plant, and they discussed the challenges facing their own company and improvement measures. The company will continue these training programs again in 2013
