Since the beginning of establishment, PT Cemindo Gemilang has been committed to providing market with premium quality cement through building cement plants equipped with the latest technology.Currently, with 9 plants located in Java, Sumatra, and Kalimantan, PT Cemindo Gemilang, Tbk has a total production capacity of 6,75 million ton cement per year. The integrated cement plant in Bayah (Banten) is equipped with latest technology including a complete supply chain process, starting from the production to the inclusion of an independent port itself with total production of 4 million tons of cement per year.PT Cemindo Gemilang, Tbk also owns grinding plants in Ciwandan (Banten) with the capacity of producing 1,75 million tons of cement per year, Gresik (East Java) with production capacity 1 million tons of cement per year, and a packing plant in Wajok (West Kalimantan) with packing capacity 500.000 tons of cement per year, Medan (North Sumatra) with production capacity of producing 440,000 tons of cement per year.With those supporting plants, PT Cemindo Gemilang, Tbk is having about 4,1 percent of cement market share in Indonesia, with distribution channel and marketing in Sumatera, Kalimantan, Java, Bali and Nusa Tenggara.In the future, PT Cemindo Gemilang, Tbk will expand the distribution area to fulfill the commitment for providing premium quality cement in across Indonesia.

A NO GO workplace if you expect meritocracy and improve your career.
The good thingsThe only good thing is work-mates. most are friendly atleast outside of work and no sense of seniority.
Even then it's kinda subjective to valued and may differ from department to department.
The challenges1. Bad reward-punishment system: Get nothing for additional work eg overtime etc. while punishment is there.
2. Bad working cultures: You don't get credit from your work rather from being nice to your upper rank.
When there's something wrong, they'll fix it without addressing the root's cause. Make peoples seems pointing at each others and shy of responsibilites, which may came down from politics and interests of parties involved. Unhealthy culture to have and result in the same issue to happen again.
3. Bad planning: Lot of additional works come from this. Always an issue which never looked at.
4. Bad work-load distribution: The more capable you are, the more load you get (again without any benefit from it). May goes unnotice if you don't pay attention though.
5. Bad career path: There's almost no career path here. You stay where you are. It's as if the upper management didn't know their own man. They rather hire someone from the outside if there's a vacant in the middle-rank management, preferably some acquintance of the upper-rank. So, yes, your work don't really get appreciated here bar the salary you agreed upon once you're in.
All in all, it all comes from bad 'people management'. The company may not see the human resource as an asset therefore not looking to much into developing things on said aspect. They just look at it as something disposable, if you can't do your job then they will kick you out and replaced you. Even if that's not entirely your fault, as the system might be the cause. That's why everything wrong keeps going on. As long as the plant work and running.
