    The challengestidak ada jenjang karir. susah menjadi PWKT,( walaupun sudah kerja 1 tahun lebih menjadi tenaga training) terlalu banyak permainan yang tidak baik dan merugikan pekerja lain. tidak ada pelatihan peningkatan skill pekerja lebih prioritas kekeluargaan dari pada SOP yang berlaku terlalu mementingkan senioritas dari pada skill ketidak jelasaan tanggung jawab yang dimiliki pekerja
