    The good things1. Flexible Work Time 2. Suasana / Lingkungan kerja yang harmonis dan nyaman. 3. Salary yang cukup baik 4. Saling support dalam bekerja tim 5. Memiliki atasan (Head of Technology IT) yang sangat bijaksana, rendah hati, sabar, pintar dengan memiliki wawasan yang bagus dan banyak, dapat membimbing staff IT / rekan rekan kerja di departement IT, dapat memberikan solusi yang baik, jika terdapat troubleshoot bersedia membantu.
    The challenges1. Leader team kurang koordinasi dalam membagi tugas. 2. Leader team memiliki karakter yang angkuh dan tinggi hati. 3. Leader team tidak dapat bekerjasama. 4. Leader team tidak bisa membantu jika rekan kerja mengalami kesulitan. 5. Leader team memiliki gaya yang seperti bos, hanya menyuruh atau memerintahkan saja, tapi tidak memiliki wawasan bagus dan ilmu teknis masih kurang. 6. Leader team tidak bijaksana dan besar tinggi hati dalam berbicara (Besar Omongan).
