    The good thingswork life balance, best team, chance for handle another city via system online and chance transfer to another city or to another division for work.
    The challengesonly just need to fix system KPI and rule in maxim and need to check employee work + behavior because who got a best KPI, best work or if the small city not growth well but employee its really good for KPI, it will be chance to move another division or move to another city.... it will be risk for handle small city to open new maxim service but so many learn about service and marketing. honestly I'm from domicile a biggest city and work in small city in maxim and actually its really good to meet the team and employee via online and happy to help another city via online or offline (such as business trip to another office for help) to help, gain more KPI and meet the team via offline but after i or employee cut for company, some supervisor ask for help to promotion or another project the biggest city but with freelance status and i help just for few days. you can ask to supervisor for move to city or mutation if your KPI or work is good but still 50/50 percent
