    I hope there will be improvement, so you won't lose many good workers anymore.
    The good thingsThe staffs were easy to work with, I kind of enjoy working here actually but there are even more things to consider if you want to stay in here for a long time.
    The challengesFirst, perusahaan ini tidak menerima karyawan tetap, so basically, they can cut you off anytime they want without any compensation. Second, the management was bad, mereka tidak terlalu perduli kepada perkembangan karyawan dan efek dari karyawan tersebut terhadap jalannya perusahaan, tetapi cenderung ingin yang instan dan langsung sempurna. Third, sangat sulit untuk berkembang di perusahaan ini karena sangat kecilnya kesempatan yang terbuka.

    Unprofessional management
    The good thingsSince I worked as teacher in nursery, it was the great time to learn and play with nursery children.
    The challengesI worked in IShine Preschool, this school is under the same management with ISmile. The management is SO AWFUL. They didn't give u chance to grow, they always underestimate newbie.

    The good thingsThe employer takes care of the employee's well being to an extend but considerately good and responsible, a strong religious based company (Christian), gives employees an opportunity to grow and develop their potentials personally and professionally (career opportunity), provide uniform (Shirts and pants) and so on.
