    Lingkungan Kerja Yang NyamanPositifnya: akses masuk dan keluar mudah, tempat duduk bebas, ada loker, juga dapet laptop kantor, rekan kerja yang baik saling membantu jika ada kesulitan, sharing session ada setiap tahun, learning ada, training tahun 2023 cukup banyak tapi tahun 2024 lebih sedikit, ada review kpi, bonus, thr, asuransi. Negatifnya: tidak terlalu suka perubahan dengan sistem kerja tahun ini karena request break password setiap 1 minggu dan akses lokal laptop menjadi terbatas harus login vdi dan jika vdi diclose maka history vdi menjadi hilang

    A good working place if you meet a great leader.
    The good thingsA good environment to learn things, well updated system, supporting coworkers. There are so many things that you get from this company if you work wholeheartedly. The employee benefit itself is good enough and you could exhange points with vouchers. The company will keep your 20% quarterly bonus and will pay in the following year in April (hopefully you haven't resigned yet before that time unless your bonus could not be withdrawn, in other words you will lose them lol. why don't you try by your own and write down your own experience in PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk
    The challenges1. The quarterly bonus should not be hold 20% of it!!! Pay all their hard works quarterly in full 2. If the company wants to keep their employee better, they must use other ways to do it (adding the employee benefit by improving hospital limits, more vouchers, competitive salary and also give your employee a facilitation to do sports or at least pay for their GYM if the company could not provide for certain level of company)
