    The good thingsManager, atasan, rekan kerja, semua sangat mendukung pekerjaan dan tidak ada kesan senioritas sama sekali. Budaya kerja "Tanya segera mungkin untuk mengerti secepat mungkin" membuat kolaborasi dan bonding dengan rekan kerja menjadi sangat tinggi. Rekan kerja akan sangat bersedia membantu pekerjaan yang belum selesai saat pekerjaan mereka sudah selesai terlebih dahulu.
    The challengesTeknologi yang digunakan sangat exclusive dan tidak pernah ditemukan sebelumnya di tempat lain.

    Good but high challenges
    The good thingsIDEMIA has good working environment because many great firends can be found here. HR management is very care to employee because there are many benefits like snack every week, employee gathering, party every project success, birthday gift, bonus, and many more.
    The challengesSalary will increase well only when employee have exceptional contribution to the company. If you work only like your friends do, you will have small increment only.

    The good thingsIf you are a fresh-grad, I will recommend you to start your career with this company. They have great teams and leaders that will support you through and through. And I have heard lots of stories that the alumni from this company still chose to come back through the years.
    The challengesIf you are not passionate enough about system engineer or operating system, I will not recommend you to be here. The job can be quite boring sometimes with how you must troubleshoot the code that's been made by others through the years.

    A multinational company, giving a nice working experience
    The good thingsTrainings are provided by the management and can be requested if needed, good teamwork, a multinational company allowing interactions with colleagues from different countries, open with new innovations, working between teams are nice, discussions are usually nice and they are open to ideas
    The challengesCareer path is short, promotion is not impossible for excellent employees though, salary grading is not transparent, pressure can be very high sometimes

    The good things- Flexible working time (arrive early to leave early) with generous overtime bonus if employees have to work during weekends/holidays. - Number of annual leave is above average (depends on grade starts at 18 days/year).
    The challenges- Due to its global coverage, employees must adapt with different time zones also national holidays of their colleagues abroad.

    Nice, Hi tech, multi working culture...
    The good thingslearn deeper about Object Programming Language architecture. Build your sense of object live cycle and usage. Friendly working place but as the franc working culture , they like a bottle neck at the top, things makes your agility gone away.
    The challengestoo many young age people, Hi-energy low-wisdom. some time makes the decisions immature.

    The good thingsThis company really aware of the employee work and life balance. An oppotunity to learn new knowledge especially in embedded system and gain exposure with colleagues from globally.
    The challengesThough embedded system is a very specialized knowledge, it covers a big theme, thus it is great if there are more opportunity to explore more in this big topic.
